If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be un-opened and returned in their original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Send us an email at office@totalfirstaid.co.nzor call us on 0800 509 809 to let us know you want to return the product.
- Courier the products back to us at 75 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga 3116
Additional Information:
- Upon receipt of the returned products a refund will be processed within 7 days.
- Any shipping fees for returned products are paid by the customer.
